Aw, man, another day with filmmakers and the people who loved them shuffling off this mortal coil. RIP film maker Joaquín Luis Romero Marchent, and original Mike Hammer Biff Elliott, who I remember seeing on TV in I, THE JURY. Sorry to hear about Veronique Peck’s demise, too; it seems like only yesterday I was reading the interview with Peck that brought those lovebirds together! I’m telling you, life goes way too fast — we’d better enjoy life AND the movies while we can!
I know, I’m kind of starting to dread checking out the news/sites lately, wondering who’s next. *sigh* sadly many of the greatest are “that” age so it’s inevitable. But I’m glad to inform though, those classic people are kind of neglected except on our circle of blogs who know who they are & pay nice tributes.
